Ah, our legal system.
Cigarettes are freely sold in stores. Sure, you’ll probably get carded if you’re under 25, but if a teenager wanted smokes, it would be easy to score some.
However, what you WON’T find on sale in US stores are the “deadly” Kinder Surprise Eggs. You see, they have small parts that might choke very small children. Ergo, they are not legal for sale.
It reminds me of how we outlaw travel to communist Cuba, and do billions of dollars of business with communist China.

That rant out of the way, I present today’s FamilyFirst site: Magic Kinder.
In case you haven’t heard of Kinder Surprise Eggs, they have been around for many years. They are egg-shaped chocolate confections that contain a plastic capsule with a totally bonzer little toy that is perfectly safe for kids aged four and over, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. But, they are dangerous for younger kids, therefore they are illegal to sell in the US.
There are ways to obtain them legally, if you don’t mind jumping through a hoop or two. They show the same imagination that Cracker Jack toys did many years ago. The genuine German toys come in small parts requiring assembly, and they are simply incredible! We have three shelves full of them (safely out of reach of any three-year-olds who might be around).
Today’s site is a Flash-loaded funspot that you or your kids will love. It’s based on the Kinder Surprise Eggs, and it’s a blast. Have fun.
